Everything was really good, the wifi was excellent. The units were high-class and the staff were very friendly people in the bar service and the table service. The breakfast was complementary and amazing, the check in was easy. Besides, I parked on street. The location was comfortable, because a bus station was based in front of the hotel. Also, it was near restaurants and bars.

The property was clean and luxury and the location was excellent and absolutely perfect. Comfy bed and room was well presented and well-appointed. Caring staff despite his best efforts, the breakfast was marvellous. The food in the attached restaurant was nice and outstanding. I was here for 1 day and would return anytime.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay, we were there for 4 days. Nicely presented venue, ideal location adjacent to great, historic bars and many pleasurable dining experiences at Knife and Fork restaurant over the last number of years, liked our stay. Overall it was great value with aircon.

Would definitely recommend while travelling to Belfast. This nicely decorated, clean property has complementary continental breakfasts and caring staff. The rooms are very good sized and well-equipped, the bar is cosy. The positives include excellent and perfect location and parking on street. The hotel is in an extremely comfortable area. Attached restaurant on the premises is lovely.

For sure I would definitely stop here again. The venue is clean and reasonably spacious, views are incredible, the location is magnificent and absolutely perfect just off the Queen's University. Attached restaurant has fab food choices.

The breakfast was amazing and very decent at 9.15am, reasonably priced. The staff was excellent and extremely friendly. Its location was stunning, just next door to the restaurant for 1 hour, and the shop. Plus, the hotel was situated a 10-15 minute walking distance from a public garden.

As for me, the location was top and pleasant, close to Ulster museum, and the Antrim coast. Queens district was worth exploring. Huge and heated units with shower, microwave and a large tiled bathroom, and the staff were caring.
